Shipping Policy: Shipping occurs once weekly. All items purchased Sunday-Saturday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Items may be shipped in re-used packaging materials because I believe in recycling! USA shipping only. Returns and exchanges: All returns must be handled within 48 hours of item delivery. I offer refunds on the item only (not shipping price) if an item is lost or damaged during shipping. Buyers must show package damage with pictures within 48 hours of item delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and only if the item is returned in the original condition it was sent. If the item is damaged upon return shipment, no refund will be issued. Buyers are responsible for packing the item well with original shipping materials.
